This is so deep tho. At first it looks like she's fighting for the right thing. But then took things too far and realised her mistakes way too late.

Is okay to fight for what you think is right, but you have to draw the line somewhere, or you will be no better than your enemies.

I love how the song slowly transitions from the antagonist's perspective to the protagonist's, and yet the lyrics stay the same. Perfectly showed how she turned into what she swore to destroy.

This story actually has a good ending, as the protagonist did what her predecessor didn't. She realised what she've done at the end, she realised the cost of being selfiish, so she can break this cycle of fashion designers overthrowing each other

The core message about revenge aside, one of my favorite details is the public wearing cut-up clothes by the end, and the fact that she's surrounded by only robots. It's questionable if she even did the cut-up fashion because she wanted to or just to one-up the other woman, and she's basically a military leader more than a fashionista at this point. Not only did she become her own villain; but she actually isn't even focused on what she initially wanted to do. She began destroying instead of creating. Her speech is also very ironic because she stopped _really_ doing what she loved along time ago, and actively stops the other woman from doing that herself.

It's a very powerful moral to remind people that sometimes it's better to focus on simply doing what you care about without worrying about other people, even if they're bastards, because you can easily lose sight of what _you_ are doing and why in order to be the best or bring someone down. Sometimes the fight's just not worth it. She might have succeeded anyway had she just focused on her own work. She was clearly winning regardless.
