You can achieve this stretched genshin by having a phone that has a split screen/second screen, and for the smaller screen, you just press on it, and put it on the icon that can make the screen bigger. Just like that

If u wanna do this on a Samsung Galaxy S21 u have to go into a different app and open that one and play genshin portrait very small but good for the laughs but if u wanna completely play full screen regular gameplay just do that and close the other app ur in and make sure u don't go into loading screens
