We as a SOCIETY should appreciate gossipy nurses more. When my dad was at the hospital and there was a fight next room, we had to wait the entire day for the night nurse to appear and tell us the dude's girlfriend came to visit at the same time the wife was bringing dinner.

Don't forget the nurse who sets a patient's crutch OUT OF REACH while doing an exam of a foot about to go into a cast, leaves the room, and refuses to come back when the patient calls to them because the left the crutch OUT OF REACH. Then when you manage to hobble out into the hallway after getting another nurse's attention to bring you the crutch, the original nurse just looks at you and rolls her eyes.

People have this misconception that nurses are goodie goodie Please remember that we are people too, some of us are really Savage, some are gamers, some are just nice people etc etc

My mother-in-law is a "rich" nurse, but she never misses a day of work. The reason she's rich is because she is very smart and she works her ass off. Her fellow nurses judge her because of all the wonderful things she has, like her new Benz she gets every year, her different name brand purses she brings to work everyday, her huge house, and her very expensive stethoscope. What people don't take the time to notice is that she is a wonderful person and cares for her patients as if they are her own family. If nurses weren't so caddy and judgemental of each other, you would have more time and energy to care for your patients 🤗 oh and did I mention she's also one of the most beautiful black women you'll ever meet. That pisses people off too 😘

Anytime I encounter nurses I am so kind and extremely patient with them they do so much more than we could possibly know they are on their feet for hours on end, they put up with enough bs with other patients so I always try my best to remain calm and give them time to do their job and take care of other patients! Hahah but I have met quite a few of some of these nurses and I mean whatever gets you through the 12+ hour shift 🤣🤣🤣🤣

One of my friends is a nurse, her besties are nurses as well that too in the same hospital. One of them is a gossip queen while the other is filthy rich (but v kind) she gets the best of both sides and says how being with them makes such a stressing job a lil good. The others usually call them by name "Three idiots " (inspired from movie of 3 friends) 😂

I remember a nurse rummaging through my personal belongings after surgery. I was rushed in to get my appendix removed. Had no time to secure my stuff.

The look on her face was priceless when I woke up with my wallet in her hand. I asked her to hand me the phone so I can call the police.

Edit: As a person with a depressed friend it's very hard to comfort them. That's why I try to avoid anyone who's sad. I just get very awkward trying to comfort them. They're always using their depression as an excuse to get out of things.

I almost died from COVID in July 2020. This nurse came in and next thing you know it she asked if she can pray for me. I am alive today. All I can tell you is the nurse that pray for you while you were near death is definitely worth her weight in gold.
