I’m an EMT& I’m DEFINITELY the one who brings too much to work. I’m debating on buying a toaster so I can eat my bagels at work😂

I bring too much and wear joggers but never early. My nursing career is old enough to legally drink alcohol.😁

Im the one who brings everything, gets laughed at, and then is asked for stuff when people get mandatoried. Gotta be prepared.

The early nurse knows the value of getting home on time.

As a novice I worked on a fast paced floor where the bytches in charge would cherry pick the worst patients for my assignment and then give me NO real /valuable info in report.
I started showing up 90mins prior to my shift and reading all patients charts
I became the strongest nurse on the unit

The one that wears joggers.
So every nurse that's been licensed less than 5 years?

One thing about nurses. If they do not want to be found you cannot find them. Masters at knowing every hidey hole in the facility.

In my experience, the night shifters are the ones that basically “move in”.

How about "The One Clearly Hired Just to Find Veins that Escape."

The early one is probably the one with the terrible bus schedule

I had a coworker that showed up at 12 when his shift didn't start until 3.. he just wanted to read up on the patients before his shift 😱😱

I’m not a nurse but I definitely bring too much stuff with me. My friends call me the mom friend because I always have stuff on me. My locker is even more stocked because I have EVERYTHING. Extra water, a fresh pack of undies (you never know who’ll need them), pads, tampons, a roll of paper towel, extra shirts, pants, slippers, first aid kit (it’s come in handy so many times I even have a mini one in my backpack), flashlight, granola bars, jerky, gum, extra chargers (I carry iphone, Android, and even two laptop ones!), my sewing kit, nail bag (nail files, polish, etc), fidget toys, a pack of extra masks (N45 and regular), gel, travel sized soap, lotion, perfume, combs, brush, pack of notebook paper, printer paper, pens, pencils, 3 umbrellas (I give them out if they’re needed), rain coats, and ofc scrunchies. I have more but that’s all I can make off the top of my head lol

I’m the one who brings
Too much stuff. And the one who’s been there the longest. Never the early one

Lol 😂 I’m the one who brings too much stuff. It’s usually because I didn’t get my lunch ready so I threw a ton of stuff in a grocery bag to figure out later. But if you need anything, I guarantee I’ll have it!

I am the early one- I show up 30mins before my shift. This gives me enough time to get settled in.

You forgot the “queen of the halls” the nurse that is the busy body telling nurses with years of experience how to do their jobs. Instead of doing their job. Their jobs is to make sure your doing yours to their approval.

The one bringing her whole house is me.. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I remember a male nurse who lit incense bars while delivering medication to the ward patients.
