Ingredients
✨2 large eggs
✨½ cup milk
✨½ cup water
✨¼ teaspoon salt
✨1 cup all-purpose flour (I used almond at first but it didn’t stick)
✨2 tbs butter, melted
✨1 tbs Sugar

Directions

✨Add all of the ingredients to a blender and process a few times using short bursts until the batter is smooth.
✨ Pour or scoop the batter onto the preheated pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crêpe.
✨Cook until the top of the crêpe is no longer wet and the bottom has turned light brown, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip & repeat on other side.
✨Serve with your favorite toppings. It can be enjoyed sweet or savory. Enjoy 😋
