Muhammad Ali training routine usually starts off with roadwork, Muhammad Ali would run 5 - 6 miles day 5 days a week. After resting he would start with 3 rounds of shadow boxing, followed with punching bag and speed bag drills. He would than do 20 minutes of rope jump work and then main part of Muhammad Ali workout would end on sparring which prepared him for his big fights.
