Raat ko sone se pehle 5 min nikal ke aap ye plan karlo ki aapko kal kya kya karna hai aur kya nhi karna hai.
Benefits of this:
Isse aap agle din disciplined feel karoge aur aapka goal bhi clear rahega ki aaj aapko kya karna hai
Iske alawa long run me aapki decision making ability bhi improve hogi aur saath he saath aap ye bhi jaan paoge ki aapki life me kon kon se work important hai aur kon kon se unimportant
Ye aapka time bhi bachayegi

Mai ise pichle 3 months se kar raha hu and results are osm . I recommend everyone to do this

*Start writing dairy and when you feel bad or negetive you can read it you will feel better ( try to write position things ).

*And you can watch 1 vedio of seeken daily and learn something.

*Accepting your mistakes and learn from it so that you cannot repeat it again.

*Remove negetive (or dogle) people from your life or talk less with them.

*Talk with the people who have experience.

*Always write and keep what you learn from the vedio ( from any vedio, vedio ka sar ).

Maintain a book or diary and write every single thing which will help you to stay positive and happy always... For eg. Any quote, small story or info of some place that you wish to visit in future... Basically Anything... Which gives you immense pleasure when you read it again after few months or years.
