Homemade Strawberry Jello

This easy strawberry jello uses real strawberries that are cooked down and infused into the gelatin for that real strawberry flavor!

Ingredients:
2 Cups Strawberries Chopped
6 tbsp Sweetener (sugar alternative or preferred sweetener)
2 tbsp Water
1 1/2 Cups Cold Water
2 tbsp Gelatin or 2 - 1/4 oz packets
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Great, simple and to the point. Thanks so much. I can make jam out of the strawberries. Just add some chia seeds and water and more sweetener if needed.

Can you blend the strawberry’s instead of straining the chunks out?

Mix the strawberries and jello with cut up pieces of angel food cake- refrigerate until firm. Yum!

Can the strawberries be left in or will it cause the gelatin not to thicken?

Do you have to boil the strawberries? Or could you just puree and use fresh?
