MANHATTAN (DCPI) - It was reported to police that on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 1743 hours, inside a subway station located at the corner of West 14 Street & 7 Avenue, an unknown individual entered the northbound #2 train, gained access to the rear train car, opened the rear door and rode several stops on the outside of the car after which he activated the emergency brake. There were no reported injuries as a result of this incident. Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following individual has been arrested and charged on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 0025 hours: Thompson, Isaiah, 23-year-old male, Gates Avenue. Brooklyn, NY. Charges: Reckless Endangerment, Criminal Trespass. Additionally, the individual has been arrested and charged on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 0025 hours in connection to an incident which took place on Thursday, May 16, 2019 within the confines of the 10 Precinct (Transit District #2). In this incident, the individual stood outside the rear portion/train of a northbound 'B' train as it was in motion, within the vicinity of the 8 Avenue and West 14 Street subway station. In the course of doing so, the male exposed himself to passengers on the platform. Charges: Reckless Endangerment, Public Lewdness, Criminal Trespass
