What's funny is that Comic Thor currently is operating on a level somewhat close if not nearly approaching Rune King. He has the power cosmic, he has the thorforce, the Odin force, and has more or less seemed to master his portion of the Phoenix Force he's inherently born with which could place him sooner or later on that level

I actually like Herald of Thunder Thor the best. His design from a look stand point is so cool to me with the ravens. Everything about that design expresses power in some way or some sort of upgrade with his items (including the ravens as items).

Gotta be honest, as time goes on i really don't even care about how powerful characters are anymore. And that's simply because the characters will always be only as strong as the story needs them to be. Cuz u say thor is this powerful being able to kill galactus and the black winter, meanwhile he gets one shotted by knull, same with sentry and basically any characters who powers basically make them gods. It's like u claim they're this powerful yet they're still struggling to handle a threat that shouldn't be giving them any issue. And yes ik it's comics but idk ig it's a double standard thing or whatever. It's just when u tell me a character can do all these amazing thing's but then u pretty much make all those amazing thing look irrelevant or like childsplay so how am i ever supposed to take their powers seriously?

I don't remember Thor using the Odinforce when he was Rune King Thor. The Odinforce literally manifested itself and followed him.

Loki Agent of Asgard issue 17 (I think) tells you Those Who Sit Above in Shadows were from the TOAAs House of Ideas. RKT was a god amongst abstracts lol.

Galactus has complete control of the powers he imbues others with, he could simply reclaim it from Thor with a single thought- I guess the authors forgot that fact!

I remember in avengers Earth's mightiest heroes the animated show Thor was always a powerful God he took out five Frost Giant single-handedly it took a whole team of villains to capture him and in the season 2 finale Thor battle Galactus by by himself

I disagree because Thor has the Odin Force now or Thor Force, but writers don't understand that power. It's just another inconsistency like Superman getting hit by by the likes of Batman.

You know Cosmic/Herold Thor has the powers of the all father. Hell he even has the ghost of Odin following him around. When he became rune king thor, it was just the story of him obtaining the same level of power as Odin. So no sir, it is actually close. And I'd argue the clear stronger of the two is King Cosmic/Herold Thor.
