Russia begins mass vaccination effort

Moscow began distributing the Sputnik V COVID-19 vaccine, marking Russia's first mass vaccination against the disease, the city's coronavirus task force said. The Russian-made vaccine would first be available to doctors and other medical workers, teachers and social workers because they run the highest risk of exposure to the disease, says the task force.

... well then... I'm all for science but it should be proper science. They literally cut so much corners in their research. They needed to do more trials for consistency and accuracy to ensure near perfect confirmation that's it's safe and effective. To put this into perspective, if this were a Master's or PhD Thesis, cutting corners of any phase of the experiment results in the applicant thesis being rejected and must be redone. Hope it works out well for them though.
