Russia has started its Sputnik V COVID-19 vaccination programme in the capital Moscow.
Thousands of people have signed up to receive Sputnik V injections, with priority going to teachers, doctors and social workers.
The vaccine’s Russian developers say it is 95 percent effective and has no significant side effects - but the speed of the rollout has concerned some health experts who fear it has not had enough tests.

Al Jazeera’s Neave Barker reports.

Despite Simon Clarke's reservations...do bear in mind that a few months ago there were news reports that Russian hackers had obtained info from the Oxford / AstraZeneca vaccine effort. Could that have contributed to the speed they've moved at?
