If you don't revise properly...You Shall Not Pass!

Sir Ian McKellen came to visit Chew Valley School on 17th October 2014. He had this important message for the students gathered outside the library to catch a glimpse of the actor and Stonewall champion.

I'll bet personally hearing that line from Ian McKellen is a good incentive to study.

I love it when famous people do stuff like this. It shows that they're not so full of themselves that they only care about money. Doing stuff like this just shows that most, not all, but most famous people do care about their fans and will go the extra mile to entertain them even if they don't get paid for it, or something.

And this makes him the polar opposite of Alec Guiness, who hated Star Wars and was greatly annoyed at being remembered as Obi-Wan. At least Sir Ian has the nerve to revel in his Gandalf popularity!
