There are guidelines by Navy Federal Credit Union on how you can do a product change. However, it seems like some NFCU members experienced being able to do a product change right after they got a new NFCU credit card. Even within a week. And this member just shared that he was able to change his Cash rewards credit card within a week after he got it.
