Statistics! Don't forget statistics, that's what tripped me up when learning neural networks.

Not basics Calculus, but a strong foundation in calculus, linear Algebra and Probability.

Linear Algebra 18.06 Gilbert by MIT
Statistics for this I recommend book name was 'Statistics' author Robert S.Witte & John S.Witte by Wiley it is a great introductory book for beginners
Calculus I don't get there now if you know any better resources suggest me

hi mate! how about you make a crash course with the math concepts necessary for ML? I reckon most of us know this stuff already, just need a brush up. Would be immensely helpful

This is why I want to just make some good scripts and do backend stuff. Anything above basic algebra is out of my league lol

If you want to understand papers, optimisation and probability are essential.

Math is what got me into python and you're what helped me get good at python haha. It's a cool party trick that no matter what project I'm working on I can whip out pyqt or something and just whip up simple testing ux. Ironically doing LLMs has merged both my math and my python interests so its really a nice area to be in right now.

Basically complete Highschool Mathematics and advance calculus and strong hold on proofs.

People just try to solve JEE mains and Advanced(Only if you are able to get 50% ans correct in jee mains) pyqs (previous year questions)

Fortunately, there are no shortage of math courses available for free online. Also, math doesn't change as much as other disciplines do, so even offline you can probably pick up textbooks for super cheap!

currently my work as a data analyst doesn't require that much math just some basic statistics. where to learn each and every concept you mentioned?

I am 19, and i am in first year of CS.
But i am weak in maths, Now i started learning maths, From beginning to required math for ml.
I am currently learning Algebra, and intro to calculus, further i will learn linear algebra, and statistics.
Is it good roadmap for math or do i need more??

Statistics is absolutely fundamental, you must know and be confortable with probabilities and probability distribution functions, otherwise, don't even attempt it haha
