George St-Pierre Workout Routine

Muscle Ups: 5 x 1-5 repetitions.
Snatch Pull: 5 x 5-10 repetitions.
Assisted Handstand Push Ups: 5 x 5 repetitions.
Sprints: 5 x 25-50 meters/yards
Ball twists: 5 x 5-10 repetitions.

Your transformation in the past year it amazing. I love the old school vs some of the new. I am, 60 use to do p90x, but had a set back trying to get back into More calisthenics

This is amazing like always, your choice of music is also very motivational, it goes well with the workout and it pushes me to my max, you have an extremely strong core, congratulations to you, the movements in this video is not so easy to execute especially the ring muscle up... is there a particular exercise I should work on that will help me execute this movement, thanks again for sharing, you are my inspiration!❤️👌👌🙏
