Great explanation. You covered a few of the questions I have not been able to find within other content on YouTube.

Dolomitic works much better for low ph soils than bulk agricultural lime, I've seen the difference, plus more trace minerals.

How long does it take dolomite lime to work? Is it similar to elemental sulfur where it’s a biological process?

So how do I define the soil type is it only applicable to only barrien soils?

We use dolomitic lime on our ball diamonds. Is this the same stuff?

All of my local “big box” retailers carry a powdered lime that comes in a plastic bag and is always wet and caked together. Are they not storing it improperly or is it supposed to be that way? It’s impossible to spread with something like a drop spreader so I always use the granules.
