I have downloaded Netflix and You Tube apps into the box. But you tube plays but when I try to sign in, it won’t accept. Even though I have put correct name and password many times. Then Netflix...managed to sign in so my profiles are there, but it won’t scroll up or down through the movie choices. Can you suggest some fixes, thanks.

I tried everything, however it just didn't work. I changed my password on my Gmail password, but I just can't get my TV box to take my new password anywhere. Is there anything else I might have missed?

The problem I’m facing is no matter what I do when I enter my google account and password it keeps saying password and account doesn’t match…even wen I’m 100% sure I entered the correct thing..I even reboot the device many times and the same thing keeps happening

I'm trying to connect my account to google but after to add my password, google shows this message "keep your account with this phone's nimber" then there are two options "yes, I'm in" and "skip" either I pressed both so many times, it's still not running. I already delate all the data and capcha, I went to the option "force stop" "disable" on google play store and google play services, nothing works... Help please! I just bought the tv :(

Hi, i try to adding google account after reset my box. But after i click add account, my tv screen turn to all black (with mouse cursor still on) and i have to home or back button to return to home.
