He was a great musician and I watched him sing, People Who Died on stage with his great friend and fellow musician the late great Lou Reed, I wasn’t at the concert I watched it on YouTube, I didn’t see Jim Carrol live but, I was lucky enough to see Lou 3 times in London England and with the Velvet Underground when they reformed for a one off tour of Europe and the UK in 1993, best concert of my life.
