A Hoodie CAN be used as a drop pouch, however. For those who don't want to just throw their expensive mags onto the ground, just place the empty ones in your hoodie pouch! Or.. get an actual drop pouch

The vertical inner pockets of a fleece, the best. You get cusioning from impact of a BB and the mags dont slide out

I cant run and jump fences in a hoodie, without causing a yard sale. My grey man goon setup had been this Japanese streetwear crossbody bag that has a couple strips of molle that can fit 2 handgun mag pouches or one 30rd AR mag pouch if needed the interior has this sewn in kinda stretchy strap which my iwb holster happens to clip perfectly to. And still have enough space for a couple rifle mags. I doubt it was designed for that use but, Its held up 4 years so far and does well especially for off body carry. And could work as some sort of ghetto ghetto type chest rig. I own a dedicated chest rig now. Ive always loved guns but never was crazy about the whole tactical gear craze. However with the current state of the world im ordering plate carrier and some plates next week.

look up how to make a chest rig out of duct tape. I've made one and its surprisingly strong and durable. Costs nothing except maybe a few hours of your time and if anything breaks i can just tape on.
And if you're concerned about running around with a shiny silver chest rig, just put camo tape over it. It's made out of tape anyway so the camo tape sticks nicely to it.
