Dashcam footage released of pursuit, fatal crash in Maplewood

Dash camera footage was released on Friday showing a pursuit and crash that killed two teens in Maplewood last month.

I could understand to blame the police if they crashed with the cops right on their tail, but not only did the cops slow down because of a residential area, they also almost lost them and found the car after it had crashed. And they have the audacity to say the police killed them even though the blame was on them 100%

Bad choices = bad parenting! The parents should be held accountable for property damage at the accident site and restitution to the (real) victim of the stolen vehicle! I've had it with the double-standards and victimization games these people are exploiting and expecting others to believe!

It's the deputy's fault? It's the mothers fault, she raised him. if she was a concerned parent she would have known what he was up to rather then letting him run the streets and jack cars.

Not the fault of the police. I wish parents would stop blaming others for the bad behaviors and choices THEIR children succumb to. Hold your children accountable because adulthood surely will. Every action has a reaction or two.
