The 2025 Kia Soul keeps the formula that works: cramming a lot of usefulness and value into a small package. It's the cheapest crossover from Kia and even more affordable than the Seltos, Niro, and Sportage. Calling it an SUV might be a bit of a stretch since it doesn't offer all-wheel drive, but you'll probably compare it with other budget-friendly small SUVs anyway. Despite its low price, the Soul doesn't skimp on features. Most trims (except the base LX) come with a 10.2-inch touchscreen, a wireless charging pad, and a blind-spot warning. Its SUV-like storage capacity is impressive, too, offering over 60 cubic feet with the back seat folded down. The 2025 Soul, with its small size and budget-friendly price, goes head-to-head with the Chevrolet Trax, Hyundai Venue, and Nissan Kicks. If you need all-wheel drive, take a look at Kia's Seltos. For better fuel efficiency, the Niro might be a better fit.

I LOVE my 2025 Soul LX....great value ! I also own a 2010 Kia Soul and it's been flawless for the past 15 years !

My 2022 Soul is the "sport utility vehicle" of the family. Very useful and versatile.
Trunk (seat folded) is so big we go buy furnitures on this.
My kids go to sporting events and ski trips in this.
We go roadtrips. I get 33-35mpg on freeway.
It's inexpensive, cheap to run, and pretty reliable.

I have a 2025 Soul LX. It's my 4th leased Soul. This vehicle has so much to like: smooth ride, quiet cabin, responsive handling, good gas mileage. The Drive Trip Info display usually showed 34 mpg, sometimes higher up to 40 mpg. Every Soul I've had has had one problem: the engine sometimes hesitates to respond smoothly after a full stop. I wish KIA would fix this flaw. Does anyone else have this problem? Oddly, KIA doesn't include the slide-in, fold-up lid to cover the rear well. Seems to me it is a basic item, not an extra. However, my salesperson has always gotten one for me.

It would be nice if you could order the Kia Soul you want, but it's almost impossible! The dealer has to search for the one you want because Kia sends what THEY want to dealerships!! They make it a horrible experience to buy a car these days!

Orange interiors are horrible. I wanted to buy a 2025 Soul, but I changed my mind when I found out they offer only one power train of a lousey 147 horse power and no turbo. Someone at Kua screwed up!
