Use Remesh by Union under settings ( the gear icon) when you are in move/scale/rotate. as long as the 2 meshes have the same subdivisions. They should also be in the same subtool.
If you go and make one of the meshes have a polygroup assigned from " Group as dynamesh sub" in Polygroups ( the polygroup should be white for the mesh) that mesh will then act as a boolean when you use Remesh by Union...
Also Remesh by Union will automatically eliminate any interior polys from an intersection too.
