I was about to ask what memory speeds and timings did you use for the 12100F as I couldn't believe the difference between DDR5 and DDR4 but then I saw you used an AIO cooler on the DDR5 benchmarks and a 'stock cooler' on the DDR4. This is where a large percentage of the difference would be coming from I'm sure.

12100F in ddr4 Gear2 mode? please check that, many motherboards set that option to gear 2 and not gear 1
