Sin ninguna duda los 80s es la maxima expresion musical y el talento de estos musicos no sera replicado otra vez en la historia. Level 42 con su genial musica me ha llenado de alegría a traves de las decadas y lo mejor es que conservan su voz y su calidad.musical. Hace unos días fui a ver a The Cure y Robert Smith tambien conserva su voz y talento, no es coincidencia, en esa epoca teníamos excelentes artistas con talento real, no como hoy que todo es tecnología que maquilla las limitaciones de los musicos de ahora.
Grande los 80s la mejor epoca de mi vida, eramos felices y no lo sabíamos...

Mark King. The mans last name is King. King of the bass among many others Kings he stands out. All I hear is funk out of these guys. Marks bass is the essence. Mike Lipunds harmonies and incredible synths and keyboard mastery is among the best. I wanna grow old listening to them. I will.

I met Mark when I worked at Soundwave in Victoria Road Romford back in 1982? He could make any Bass guitar sing! Soundwave was the birthplace of the Trace Elliot EQ's and Amps and cabs. My role was constructing the equipment from component level, plus building the speaker cabs and adding the corny red pin stripes to them. Me and my mate Paul painted a mural of Pink Floyds Wall on our room out the back, bricks and all. Across the road was the "Lower Wapping Conker Club" recording studio, they lasted a few minutes then dissapeared! Happy days non the less.

The level42 show in the 80's in Düsseldorf Philipshalle (pre show band 'the blessing') was my very first live show I have seen ever.
here I decided to start a job / business as free lightning / video engineer and I did it really, was many many years worging for satis&fy ag germany and many other companys. had to enjoy a level show in leverkusen/jazz tage and could to the setup for the ground support rig there.
so hope to see you in Eschweiler.... 🤠😎
