Out-of-place artifact (OOPArt) is a term coined by American naturalist and cryptozoologist Ivan T. Sanderson for an object of historical, archaeological, or paleontological interest found in a very unusual or seemingly impossible context that could challenge conventional historical chronology.
The term "out-of-place artifact" is rarely used by mainstream historians or scientists. Seriously? That bell story is complete garbage. Firstly, the shape of the bell is EXACTLY the same as our bells today. For all I know, the boy who found it was its owner in the first place. And the hammer is pretty laughable. Wood rots pretty easily.

I don't even want to know how that handle looks "new" and/or "fresh". As for it not having rotted completely to hell, part of these types of videos are to showcase that maybe, just maybe, more advanced civilizations and technologies have become available. We don't know, there could have been some super lacquer that was used on that thing.
