I literally drink coffee and tea with no sugar. Ocassionally honey only if I have anise, cloves, cinnamon, or ginger in it. Usually a combo or all of the four. 16 teaspons of sugar would be so nasty I couldn't get past the first sip. I don't even want 1 teaspoon of sugar in anything. Very, very unhealthy.

Skip the junk food and sugar filled sodas, 16 teaspons in one cup of soda. That's makes me sick just thinking about it.

Leave the US those problems go away. Mostly poor food quality in America GMO and chemicals. Not taking any medication, regular or otherwise. I'm thinking about having a double dark chocolate cake right now. Not a health care concern in this world. Thank you, Yah! Once you adhere to His dietary commandments, your health gets better. Not eating any burgers, fries, fast foods, processed meats, or drinking surgery sodas. 16 teaspoons of sugar in every cup of Coke or Pepsi.
