A union pencil sharpener. One to hold, one to crank, one to push the pencil, at least two to supervise, and one to report to the union boss. 😵‍💫

Meant to have a weighted bottom &/or be permanently affixed to a surface, so you can spin the reel as you put gentle pressure on the top of the pencil. Very nice.

It looks like it was designed to be attached to a surface which would free you to have both hands; one to turn the crank and the other to hold the pencil steady.
