That first "are you okay?" almost broke me. It means the world that you make these videos, and have such genuine patience and compassion, especially when discussing mental health. I used to have panic attacks before and at work, and had no idea what they were. I basically decided to hide it for awhile despite me literally shaking in person in front of customers. It was completely debilitating, and I felt like I could never go to someone about it. I'm happy I've made it this far to be able to learn and grow from it, and I really appreciate the support you give in your videos!

As someone who has literally been in this exact situation (went to the ER thinking I was having a heart attack when it was actually an anxiety attack), this was incredibly helpful, relaxing, and even therapeutic. Cheers Jeremiah! :)

This was amazing!! You were calm, patient, explained things, and were empathetic 🤗 I don't think I could do the exam in the waiting room though - so many prying eyes 😬 we definitely need a follow on video to this where you do the lab tests/scans you were talking about at the end of it!

I think I’m in love. There is nothing more attractive than a man who radiates kindness and compassion

Just like me when I was fainted in the waiting room, I opened my eyes and there I was, face to face with a doctor and his big brown eyes.. Haay🙋🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️, and the panic attack started..
I felt so ashamed there, terrible!😅🤣

This Video is so so good!🙏🏼 Its so soothing, and kind, the explanation in between is really nice!

Thanks J!

Wow. Wow, wow, wow! Very late to the party I know, but I've just discovered ASMR and your channel, and watched this video (baby's first ASMR vid!) last night. I had no idea what to expect, or that it would be so incredibly kind and calming. I love the sincerity and compassion you brought to this. Thank you so much - looking forward to watching more of your medical and other roleplays now.

This video is actually insanely relevant to me, when i was 17 i called 911 thinking i was having a heart attack, i was so sure i was dead and had an ambulance come out to my moms house (without her knowing i called.) They told me it was anxiety and that i would be okay. Thank you for the reminder! "You're gonna be okay." ❤️

This video is ABSOLUTELY incredible!
Very relaxing and... well, you look like a very kind person (even if it's a persona for the video!).

I also want to note that I came ro Norway two months ago and had to go to the hospital because of a problem with my tonsils.
The doctors there were incredible, VERY kind and they had the same calm aura that you do here. I actually passed out when they took my bloodz and I recall waking up in the E.R. on a bed and one if the doctors was actually patting my forehead like my dad did when I got sick.
It's insane how kind people are here. :)

Thank you for this great video, and I just wanted to note that there are indeed some places and people in this world who are as kind as the doctor you're playing in this video.

Truthfully, thank you for this video. I also had panic attacks in the past and thought I would have a heart attack.

I went to the ER due to a severe panic attack (thought it might be an asthma attack) and was definitely not treated this nicely. Maybe medical centers should consider using your medical role play ASMR videos for bedside manner training!

It is 3am here and I am on deadline for a project that is due at 9am tomorrow after having pulled a late night last night too. This video was great at both keeping me awake and calming down my general sense of anxiety about the deadline, so thank you!

I love the mention of earloops at 26 mins. Their good for sensory issues if you have ADHD etc

I needed you 2 years ago when I had my tonsils out. I ended up at the ER a few days later with some major complications. So I'm pacing around the waiting room holding my trash can from my bathroom, stopping every minute or so, because I needed my trash can, and I'm full on ugly crying, but I can't speak a single word. Not even squeak out a sound. That was a terrible experience. Once the nurse figured out what was wrong with me, things got better. Everyone was so rude because I wouldn't talk. I really wanted to scream at everyone.
