I'm adding Reastream as an FX to the Master Track, but you can add ReaStream as an FX only to the track you want to record with live effects processing.

Example: full mix with bass and drums and guitar. You want to record yourself using a wah pedal on your pre-recorded guitar part in real time. Add ReaStream as an FX to your guitar track only, create the second track, send the guitar track to that, ready to go.

Basically, same thing as I described. Just be aware you can use this on individual tracks -- it doesn't have to be the master.

I installed reaplugs but i do not have the reaplugs edition and only the ReaStream (Cockos) (8ch) is it the same or different?

but how to delete the noise when guitar is not being playing? because if is on stream people will here the noise when stop playing something even if its seconds

I have ReaStream but no Reastream Reaplugs edition. Is that due to updates? I have no problem getting my Reaper to OBS, but I'm getting weird Phasing issues and volume drops on recorded videos. Any ideas? Using Scarlett 2i2 3rd gen, and Zoom Q2n4k for video( or my Samsung S23 Ultra) Computer is new Intel i9, 32G, 4 TB SSD

I've been watching and reading tutorials on this all day and my result is always the same. I get my guitar coming into OBS just fine, but the FX chains are not working. It sounds unplugged. I'm losing my mind 😭😭

You might have saved my sanity. I'm going to insert reaper in the master bus cuz I have backing tracks that I use. I'll let you know how it works.😎
