This is what i used:
Attachments:
Foregrip, Suppressor and Laser Sight.

Perks:
Perk 1: Lightweight, Low Profile
Perk 2: Gung Ho
Perk 3 Scavenger (this is what i think it is)

Exo Launcher: none

Scorestreaks:
UAV with Extra Assist Points
Orbital Care Package with Better Odds
System Hack with Extended Time
But tomorrow i will probably fix the System Hack and make it disable Exo Suits. This class i made really worked for me

I would rather use a stun, but I may try this out for my reg HBRa cuz Bal is boring, only AFTER I get a DNA or Vicious tho, great class!

how do u get the average joe? because I got over 300 kills with the hbra3, do u have to get the kills with the base hbra3?

I just got it and I use grip QuickDraw and suppressor
