It’s overloaded, leave little space above and shake it so that mango chunks go up, then try. It should work.

You overloaded it and you’re supposed to fill the liquid to to fill line before putting fruit and harder things inside it.

You just blew up your motor. Soft items at bottom, those mangos looked rock hard, and the fact that you packed it, suspends movement of the blade.

The ninja has a problem, mine also doesn't charge anymore even when empty when connecting the charger it lights up green but it doesn't charge

Beside the rest of the comments, i believe the white light indicates the arrows on the the machine are not lining up properly

My god! Read the manual instructions and follow them.

There is a mark in the vessel that says "Max Fill" you went by far over the mark and didn't leave any space for the blades to blend or move all the food you packed.

😢 in the manual specific that if the light is red & white interminent is necesary contact to customer service. 😪😪 i buyed it in amazon so Ninja says that its not aplicable the warranty but i can go to the oficial center from repair, maintenance or warranty🙉😩 is a bad product. 👎🏼
