Google Sheets released some new functions in 2023 that help you transform, clean, and organize your data. Some of these functions are simple to use and other ones are a bit harder to understand. In general, they help the beginner spreadsheet user better organize their datasets so that the spreadsheet is easier to read.

* EPOCHTODATE (convert unix time stamp to date/time) - 0:00
* TOROW/TOCOL (Arrange a bunch of cells into a single row or column) - 1:27
* CHOOSEROWS/CHOOSECOLS (Choose which rows or columns you want from a data set) - 3:35
* WRAPROWS/WRAPCOLS (Turn a bunch of cells into a specified number of rows or columns) - 6:40
* VSTACK/HSTACK (Stack rows from different sheets on top of each other) -10:20
* LET (Assign the result of a formula to a variable to use in the future) -13:36
