Good questions. The state criminal tax fraud charges will have to be filed by the State and IRS fraud crimes are filled by the government. Insurance fraud charges can be filed against the Trump organization. And I think that a retired judge is the monitor over the Trump properties to ensure that Trump doesn't transfer his assets with his schemes. Trump tried to open up a Trump Org. 2 in Delaware so he could do just that, but Latisha stopped him in his tracks. Hope this helps.
