People thinking about CGPA.
Let me clear this one thing out for y'all

There are 5-6 CGPA guys working in MAANG, there are 4-3 CGPA guys(cllg failed) guys doing successful business jobs, and there are also 8-9 CGPA toppers either unemployed or working at peanuts package.

Keep learning. Just do your side of work. Whether you'll bear fruit of that work or not, is not in our hands. There are guys who did 1% hard work and succeeded and there are guys who worked their arse off and still not succeeding, so whether you'll get that dream package or not, is not totally under your control, but whether you give 1% hardwork or 100% hardwork is totally upto you.

So what's it's gonna be

WORK HARD AND LET IT BE PASS/FAIL AND WORK AGAIN UPON IT

DON'T WORK HARD AND JUST FAIL AND REPENT

I am pursuing MCA and in my graduation my percentage were 59% due to some personal problems. In both 10th and 12th my percentage were about 75.
In MCA I am working really hard and I got 9.7 CGPA in first semester and 90+ in second semester.
Please please tell me if I will get placed or not, I don't even want some MNCs directly, can I even have some decent job like for 25k approximately??

Edit(after a year and half) : So yes, I got a job, and I am working there for last one year, probably 2-3 months after I commented, I didn't want to leave my hometown, which is not a metro city, so here I got around 4 LPA package, but I am pretty sure, I would have gotten MINIMUM around 6-7 LPA package in metro cities like mumbai and Bangalore.

So if someone is going through the same situation which I was going through a year ago, I just want to tell you, be very prepared, give a lot and lot of interviews, if you are eager to get a job, you WILL get a job, I assure you.. and salary in your first job should not matter much to you, If an MNC like TCS is giving you 3.5 lpa package, and an startup is giving you 2.5-3 lpa package, then choose the start-up because there you'll gain more skills, and after an year or two, you'll get hike only based on how much knowledge you gained...so in a long run, only knowledge matters.
