But the US already said North Korea was supplying Russia with "millions" of artillery shells in September. At the same time that it said South Korea was sending 100, 000 shells to western countries.

Why the "panic" only now, when the US said North Korea was already sending shells last year?

Countries that have been breaking international laws, cannot hide behind the same laws to protect themselves or punish others for doing the same thing.
Therefore, the friends of Russia have the moral obligation to support Russia just as America does for Ukraine.
