Just did it! I purchased from Ikea RÖDALM Frame, white, 41x51 cm (16x20 ") $16.99 CAD - it has the built in shadow-box frame so I didn't have to cut foam board strips to create a built-in- frame. Thanks for this video!!!

Great idea! I’ve used a similar technique when painting acrylic on watercolor paper. Before painting I tear the paper to get a “deckled edge”. Once finished it has a more earthy look.
