I think the saddest part is the Aqua clearly has survivor's guilt. Not just once but twice. First because he outlived a patient he cared for, Sarina. Second because he was able to cheat death into "Aqua". hence why he called himself a cheater as well in this chapter. It also shows just how much he values his own life (he doesn't), he wants happiness but feels like he doesn't deserve it.

Only bad thing about Oshi No Ko is the fanbase. All the Kana-Akane war, twincest worshippers filling up the fandom truly made many forget what the story was actually about ❤

1)aqua's only love interest is kana
2)aqua truly cares for his sister even before knowing she was sarina
3)oshi no ko shippers totally forgot what the story is about

The shippers are too busy fighting amongst themselves and not realising the fact that Aqua only sees Ruby as a sister. I like my incest plots but not this time their sweet sibling bond doesn't need to be ruined by toxic shippers garbage.
Next chapter he is definitely gonna meet Ai 😂 that's for sure and there is definitely going to be a timeskip if he survives and is found in a hospital. If it's going Depression ending then well that just means that we will only get to see the sad portions of them all grieving for him.
Also despite being a Kana fan I am still conscious enough to understand the reality of the situation. All I will say is Hope You Are Alive Aqua 😢.

I'm not surprised. Honestly, I knew Aqua had a high chance of dying with Hikaru, how ever I didn't expect how he killed Hikaru with water. I.E Aqau

Well, yeah... Kana and Aqua's ship kept getting built up while going nowhere, and love it or hate it, Akane's arc where she was with Aqua had a lot of excellently written romance elements... Of course peopoe are going to be discussing the romance aspect and lackthereof after several chapters of seeming build up.
