Introduction to Energy and Power

This video is intended to give you a stronger intuitive idea of what energy is and what power is. It also introduces a few ways of measuring power and energy, again focusing on units that are easier to understand and relate to the real world. This video is not intended for physicists or physics students who should have more precise definitions for energy and power than are introduced here.
