It doesn't give me the options to cancel it or say no, when I click the cancel renewal button it just says it can't be cancelled because it's in the process of a renewal. But when I try to renew it, it tells me that I have it already or it will auto renew. The expiration date was a few days ago.

Mine says exactly this: You purchased a subscription through Google Play. Your subscription will renew on 10/12/2022.
