Deaths in custody ought to be reported, just as employers are required to report death in the workplace.

An outside investigation should follow each time. Allowing them to fill out an inside report is nothing more than authorizing them to "cover up" the incidents.

This topic, 'inmate suicide!' is hard to track, very few news outlets are reporting these deaths. Celente, 'Trends Journal' called it the prison industrial complex for a reason? I'm sure those in charge of these devilish hell holes never lose any sleep over this or any other issue... 😢

Any person who is in a deputy director position of ANY business who is responsible for reviewing reports and taking the necessary and appropriate action and did not do their job would be fired on the spot, this man is no different and for him to attempt to pass the responsibility onto others is a man of little moral value and should not hold any senior position of any business. Personally, he should be convicted of a crime and placed into one of these facilities.
