Does Thor not know how to fly? I was noticing that Thor can’t fly without Mjolnir because, in every movie before Ragnarok, it was shown that his hammer was the one carrying him, and without it, he had a hard time moving from one place to another. Like, in Thor: The Dark World, he literally had to travel via the underground subway without Mjolnir.

But then, when Ragnarok came out, and Thor realized his true powers, he was able to fly without the hammer. We even saw this in Infinity War when Thor destroys Thanos' army’s spaceship—he flies on his own, and it’s not Stormbreaker that carries him.
