Thank heavens my marisectomy wounds have healed by now. I've discovered Bactroban works surprisingly well against wound itching and skin rash (wish I developed because of the diltiazem, I really hate that stuff). The only itches I still have are the ones caused by the rough scar tissue post surgery. I hope they soften out over time because I'm losing a lot of sleep every night due to the scratchy itching they give me. It's really annoying. I have to place my finger tip on top of the opening to keep the scars from rubbing the perimeter all the time.

Can I take an over the counter acid reflux medicine long term or should I getting off the miralax and maybe onto milk of magnesia. Colace didnt do anything for me.
