I'm just seeing this but I just so happen to be in PA and they did not accept my Regus Address. They said that they do not accept virtual office addresses and needed a lease to prove the address. I even had the PA registered agent you showed on the screen and I went in person. HOWEVER I think the problem is that I had my home address listed under organizers (not my registered address)! So it flagged the account. AND I brought my ID. Wish I saw this first. Now they want to use my HOME address as my Business Addy. Cray Cray. Know I know...no ID, and keep your addy off your docs and do NOT SAY "virtual address" just say corporate address.

Do not say you have a VIRTUAL biz address. This no longer works, they want proof of address now. A lease, a bill, etc. Get creative

If you want to open the bank account in PA, your LLC also has to be formed in PA? I have an LLC and virtual office in CA.
