Oh my goodness, this is the best video I've seen on making fabric ruffles. You were so clear and went slow so I could see what you're doing. I'm not a seamstress but I love using fabric and sewing ephemera for my journals, but I just couldn't get the fabric ruffles to look decent. Since following your tutorial, my ruffles are way better. I still need much practice but they're much improved Thank you so much!
