My Happy Marriage anime episode 1 is out on Netflix and its a shoujo romance anime about Miyo Saimori and Kiyoka's arranged marriage after being mistreated by her stepmother. Like Cinderella. A historical romance anime. I read the manga and it was simply beautiful. People who are saying it's cinderella anime version are right but it has way more than just that. And those who are concerned it won't give you depression though Miyo's story is pretty sad.

I am a goddamn sucker for wholesome romance! I discovered this gem a few days ago and already think the main couple is as sweet as sweet as can be.
But I also just love the grandmother/grandson dynamic between Kudo and the one house maid.
Kudo: "I am not "young master" when others are around."
The old lady ignores him and calls him, "Young Master" five seconds later had me laughing.

I played this randomly on Netflix because of the animation alone. I was so mesmerized that I didn't realize the subtitle wasn't on until the father was talking inside the house. The animation is beautiful.

I'm so happy we are blessed with an another shoujo anime. This anime is so beautiful. It does give Cindrella vibes.
I like grounded characters like Miyo, simple but you can feel their pain and emotions.
Also thanks to Netflix for not dumping all the episodes at once.
