Minneapolis Moline U302 Ampli Torque Intallation

Installation of the ampli-torque in the 1970 U302 Super propane. Joe Pro shows me how to finish the work on the torque and install it in the tractor. I also discovered the transmission was full of molasses...or what appeared to be gear oil smelling sludge. I learned a lot from this project, and I hope you enjoy the video.

Thanks for the video, I often wondered what was involved in the torques on MM tractors as I have only had the older ones like the UTS and GBD tractors. If they would have had a torque it would really have helped them a lot! But you are lucky if you are only getting rain down there, we are forecasted to get a real snowstorm up here in Saskatchewan. This is not typical middle of April weather! It should be melting not blizzarding!!

Where are you finding parts? Just pulled my pto clutch pack. Looking for new pto disic to rebuild it and thrust washers. Was a fun process to remove! Thanks🍻!

Where do you fill it with gear oil located to fill. And what kind of gear oil goes in it. Also how did you adjust the torc leaver Thank you
