what criteria do you take into consideration when plotting your fuel stops? i know the station needs to be right off the highway with easy access back on to the highway. but do you run til the last drop in the tank and start looking for a spot? or do you have a list of fuel stations you've plotted that have the type of criteria you're looking for? because i assume your MPG and miles per tank are variable depending on if you are able to achieve optimum speeds, if you are braking a lot and getting back up to speed, traffic, etc. cheers and thank you i have a ton more questions and a 2006 c55 AMG. not looking to break a record but plan to do a run. been researching for a couple years now with your runs being my main inspiration. wish i'd been better prepared for the pandemic, would have been an optimum time as you proved. thanks for all the detailed info
