The story of Heavensward is often considered to be among the best Final Fantasy XIV as has to offer; as it focuses on a millennium-long conflict known as the Dragonsong War between the Holy See of Ishgard and the dragon horde of Dravania.

All the while continuing the story of the Warrior of Light, who along with the Scions of the Seventh Dawn, continues to fight against the Ascians and their evil machinations. So this should be a treat. The countdown to Dawntrail continues!
