He's such an artist. My Dad was a cook as well. Everyone loved his cooking. He was a priest, but loved cooking for all of our family. There are 24 of us nearby. He passed 2 years ago. He acted like the chef here in so many ways. I miss him so much every day.

As an Alaskan, we used to eat king crab like every holiday. Prices skyrocketed lately, they had to shut down fishing cause of populations and I don’t think the price will ever get close to where it was.

I still always have halibut, king, sockeye and silver salmon in the freezer though along with moose. I don’t hunt or fish much these days so it’s all from my friends who don’t have room for it and love me lol.
